JBC Property Management is a

Jeffrey J. Podolski, CMCA, AMS -President

Mr. Podolski has over 15 years worth of
experience in managing condominiums and homeowner Associations in
Southeast Michigan. He has previously worked for a mid-size
family-owned property management company where he held the position
of Senior Property Manager and Assistant Vice President. Jeff was
responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of over 65
Associations. Of the 65 Associations, Jeff personally managed 45
Associations himself. The collective budgets of the clients
referenced above are in excess of several million dollars. Attention
to detail, time management and excellent customer relations are all
attributes that Mr. Podolski has mastered. Currently, Jeff is proud
to run the fastest growing, most modern and customer service
oriented property management company in the metro-Detroit area. Jeff
has obtained his CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community
Associations®) and his AMS® (Association Management Specialist®)
designations through CAI (Community Associations Institute).
Currently Jeff is attending classes to obtain his PCAM®
(Professional Community Association Manager®) designation also
through CAI. Jeff has also maintained a Residential Builder's
License since 1995. Mr. Podolski is driven to make JBC Property Management

Beth K. Podolski – Vice President

Ms. Podolski graduated with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science
in Management Systems Degree from GMI Engineering & Management Institute. Beth has been in the
property management field since 1988 and has worked in every facet of property
management, including Accounting, Maintenance, Administration, and Compliance.
She previously worked for a mid-size family owned property management
company that managed over 65 Associations. Beth personally wrote many of
the procedures currently used at her former employer’s business. Most notably,
the work order program and procedure of which was vastly improved from the prior
system. With almost 20 years of experience, Beth brings a wealth of
knowledge to JBC Property Management and its Associations. |
